Edo Tensei in Naruto Rp is it legal?

Hi,

Well Many who happen to be hardcore Naruto Rpers have either heard of or seen in the Anime,Manga,games,ect...a Technique known as the "Edo Tensei". Well lets start off by looking at what it can do. well for starters it can yes bring back a deceased naruto character.the only problem is to many people are getting brought back without being brought back properly.well i say this only for one reason..we all know that one cannot just be brought back very easly with such a technique by others who have claim to have the abblitie to use it. now it states in the naruto wiki,its Classification is:Ninjutsu,Kinjutsu,Recarnation Ninjutsu as well as Space-Time Ninjutsu. the Rank is an S-Rank technique and its its class is Supplementary hand signs are Tiger, Snake , Dog, Dragon, Claphands.
