Name: Ansatsuken (Assassin's Fist) Requirements: Member of Tsuchigakure or trained by a Master of Ansatsuken Description: The Ansatsuken is a secret martial art preformed by Taijutsu assassins of an older age, from the Earth Country. It was inspired by the Kami bloodline's ability to manipulate Ki. These were the most feared assassins and physical warriors in the country, a collection of clans dedicated to the physical art. As time went on, and the style was perfected, the warlords and leaders of the city-states of Earth Country hired these clans to fight for them. They grew from mercenaries to full blown assassins, recognized as huge profiteers from war and conflict. Decades ago, two brothers, who were Grandmasters of the Ansatsuken, had a major disagreement over the philosophy of the Ansatsuken. One brother believed it to be a pure form of art, while the other saw it only as a means to murder and kill.
The brother who saw the Ansatsuken as art went on to open his own dojo in the barren mountainside. He had few students, but among them stood out a boy who would go on to master the Ansatsuken and use it's power to slaughter droves of warlords. This student went on to perfect a non-lethal version of the Ansatsuken, based on Karate, Kenpo, and Judo. He slew the old assassins and brought forth a new era for the Ansatsuken, an era of sport, competition, and personal expression through martial arts.
That's not to say that the art cannot be used to kill, however. The Ansatsuken is said to be parallel to man's own nature, being the most perfect form of physical expression there is. This means that it comes with all of man's own faults as well, balanced between students who fight to kill and who fight for peace.
Perks:
[/b] [li]Path of the Tastumaki Senpukyaku[/li]To obtain this perk you mast have learned 3 variations of the Tatsumaki Senpukyaku technique. The mastery of this technique is expressed through the user's stunning agility, and an affinity for acrobatics. This is earned through an extreme dedication of training the Tatsumaki Senpukyaku. However, practicing lean strength and control of one's movements causes them to slack in training that would otherwise increase their brute strength. +3 to Dexterity, -1 to Strength. Costs 200 Exp[li]Path of the Hadoken[/li]To obtain this perk, one must have learned 3 variations of the Hadoken technique. This technique is a skill of being able to exert force through sheer willpower and training, and dedication to the Hadoken will be shown through the practitioner being resilient as a stone. Such dedication causes the practitioner to slack in another area of their training, their Dexterity suffering as a result of the Hadoken training being deeply rooted in remaining firm and grounded. +3 to Endurance, -1 to Dexterity. Costs 200 Exp[/ul] Novice Level Techniques. Must Master 3 to move onto Adept Level techniques. Hadoken (Wave Motion Fist) Rank:C Style:Taijutsu Requirements: Ansatsuken Novice Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: Mid if Novice, Low if higher. Description: The Hadoken is launched by taking a powerful stance and thrusting forward with both hands. A projection of ki is launched, a form of energy generated by the physical power of the user. in addition to drawing chakra to focus the attack, launching ki will drain the user's stamina by a small amount. The Hadoken travels in the form of a blue fireball, at the speed of a thrown weapon. It can be preformed instantaneously, though the user must take a brief moment to recover afterwards. This attack is strong enough to knock a full grown man off his feet, but is designed for sparring and competition. This attack does not have the potential to kill. Effects: Fires a blue fireball (not composed of fire, composed of Ki) that travels at the speed of a thrown weapon for 15 meters before dissipating. It strikes with concussive force.
Shoryuken (Rising Dragon Fist) Rank:B Style:Taijutsu Requirements:Ansatsuken Novice Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost:Mid if Novice, Low if higher. Description: The Shoryuken is a crouched uppercut, strong enough to send the user high into the air. Generally considered the most powerful Novice technique of the Ansatsuken, Shoryuken can inflict high damage it connects directly to the opponent's jaw. The user's fist and jump height is boosted by channeling Ki, resulting in draining a small amount of stamina in addition to the chakra needed to mold the Ki. This attack's fast movement is ideal for anti-air. Effects:The user crouches and launches with an uppercut, travelling a full 10 meters in the air at twice their normal jump speed.
Tatsumaki Senpukyaku (Tornado Whirlwhind Leg) Rank: C Style: Taijutsu Requirements:Ansatsuken Novice Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: Mid if Novice, Low if Higher Description: A rapid series of spinning kicks that elevates the user and lets them travel horizontally across the battlefield. It can be used to change direction mid air as well. The kicks are strong enough so that flight is not interrupted by contact with the enemy, allowing the practitioner to strike multiple times if the first kick succeeds. The flight is powered by the Ki being expelled through the leg, increasing the strength of the strikes. Effects: The user can suddenly travel 10 meters in any direction, travelling at an angle downward if used while airborn.
Joudan Sokutogeri (High Level Blade Kick) Rank: A Style: Taijutsu Requirements: Ansatsuken Novice Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: High if Novice, Mid if Higher. Description:The user will step forward and then sharply extend their other leg with a powerful straight kick. Their foot is hardened by Ki, allowing them to either hit with a rock solid foot or even impale the foe if the desire to attempt a lethal strike is there. The kick is direct, but powerful enough to pierce stone. Effects: Able to break up to B rank barriers and armor, and requires a brief moment of preparation in the form of a forward step to gather Ki. Drains a small amount of stamina from the user.
Adept Level Techniques. Must Master 4 to move onto Master Level.
Shakunestu Hadoken (Scorching Heat Surge Fist) Rank: B Style: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu Requirements:Adept level Ansatsuken, Katon. Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: High if Adept, Mid if Higher. Description: The user will imbue a Hadoken with the additional power of Katon. This gives the projectile explosive capabilities, and turns it to a deep orange flame. This Hadoken is notorious for having the strength to blast through B rank barriers before detonating. This attack demands a moment of preparation before it's usage, and a moment of recovery after. Effects:This technique travels at twice the speed of a throwing weapon, and can pierce B rank defenses before detonating on impact. The detonation is a concussive explosion of Ki, which is imbued with flames.
Shinku Hadoken (Vacuum Surge Fist) Rank: A Style: Taijutsu Requirements:Adept level Ansatsuken Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: High x2 if Adept, Mid x3 if higher. Description: A direct advancement of the Hadoken technique, Shinku Hadoken is double the size, and travels at double the speed. When it makes an impact it does not disperse, but rather strikes the opponent and continues it's flight until colliding with a wall or travelling far enough to dissipate. This technique takes several moments of preparation, equal to 10 handseals. Effects: Travels at twice the speed of a throwing weapon. Deals intense impact damage, capable of piercing A rank defenses. This requires an Endurance stat of 9 to completely block this attack.
Shinku Tatsumaki Senpukyaku (Vacuum Tornado Whirlwind Leg) Rank: B Style: Taijutsu Requirements:Adept level Ansatsuken Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: High if Adept, Mid x2 if higher. Description: A supercharged kick, the Shinku Tatsumaki Snepukyaku is a variant of the original technique. Instead of using momentum to fly across the battlefield, this kick is stationary, causing the user to spin on the ground like a top or hover in the air. The spins of the kick are so fast that those within range are sucked into the storm of kicks and take full damage. Effects:The user will hover in place and kick out with their leg, spinning so rapidly as to suck everyone within 3 meters who does not have an endurance of 8 or higher. Getting caught inside the storm of kicks is dangerous, and potentially deadly depending on the strength of the user.
Shippu Jinraijyaju (Hurricane Swift Thunder Leg) Rank:A Style: Taijutsu Requirements: Adept level Ansatsuken Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: High Description: A combination attack based on Tatsumaki Senpukyaku, the user will use the same principle to rapidly increase the speed of their kicks for a short while. Giving them a +5 in dexterity for kicks only, the practitioner will fire off an extremely rapid series of attacks. Effects: The practitioner gets +5 dexterity to their kicks for the post this technique is used.
Guren Senpukyaku (Crimson Lotus Whirlwind Leg) Rank: B Style: Ninjutsu/Taijutsu Requirements: Adept level Ansatsuken. Hand Seals:None Chakra Cost: High if Adept, x2 Mid if Higher. Description: A Tatsumaki Senpukyaku enhanced with Katon chakra, this attack will launch the practitioner across the battlefield in a linear flight path, hovering just above the ground. Their leg will be covered in flames, and each blow strikes with explosive strength. This attack goes nearly twice the speed and distance of a regular Tatsumaki Senpukyaku. This takes a brief moment of preparation, equal to 5 handseals. Effects: The practitioner suddenly travels 20 meters in any direction, at +3 their dexterity in speed. Unlike Tatsumaki Senpukyaku, the user will not fall downward if they use this technique in the air, allowing for perfectly horizontal movement.
Shoryureppa (Rising Dragon Rending Breaker) Rank: A Style: Taijutsu Requirements: Adept level Ansatsuken Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: High x2 if Adept, High if higher. Description: Initially almost identical to a Shoryuken, this attack instead chooses to continue the assault with two more ki powered Shoryuken. After landing the initial blow, a regular Shoryuken, this technique can be activated to add two more strikes. A blast of Ki will send the user higher into the air, acting as a double jump, and landing a second Shoryuken, more damaging than the first. One more final push will be made, a final Shoryuken to break the opponent. To still have a working jaw after this attack would be an impressive feat. Effects:Three regular Shoryuken in succession, though boosted by a ki jump each time to create a combo. Travels a total of 30 meters vertically. A burst of Ki is used to cushion the landing.
Goshoryuken (Great Dragon Rising Fist) Rank: B Style: Taijutsu Requirements: Adept level Ansatsuken Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: High if Adept, Mid if higher Description: A directly more powerful variant of the Shoryuken, this attack goes higher, faster, for better anti-air coverage. The increased speed from a ki focused jump also greatly enhances the striking power, which led to this technique being named as it is. A favorite among masters teaching students who think they've mastered the art with a regular Shoryuken. Effects: This attack will launch the user 20 meters into the air at twice their normal jump speed, and gives them a +3 to strength for the post.
Master Level techniques. Must obtain either the Hado Kukusei or Satsui No Hado perk to move onto Grandmaster.
Ren Hadoken (Chain Surge Fist) Rank: A Style: Taijutsu Requirements: Master level Ansatsuken Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: High Description: The user can take the Hadoken stance, and thrust out their hands, firing a chain of Hadoken in a row. Each of these shots is as strong as a regular Hadoken, and the user can shift his aim to track targets with his series of attacks. Ten Hadoken are fired rapidly, naturally doing a large amount of damage if all ten were to strike someone. This can break barriers of up A rank, if all ten Hadoken hit. If used twice in a row, it can weaken, and then break an S ranked barrier. Effects: Ten Hadoken launched rapidly, able to break up to A rank barriers if all ten strikes hit. It will break S ranked barriers if used twice. They follow the normal speed and distance of a Hadoken.
Baku Hadoken (Bursting Surge Fist) Rank: S Style: Taijutsu Requirements: Master level Ansatsuken Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: x1 Massive, x2 High if Grandmaster Description: An extremely powerful variation of the regular Hadoken, this version was created to catch opponents off guard and instantly destroy would be threats. Slowly taking the Hadoken stance, this technique requires a moment of slow preparation before it can be preformed, equal to 10 handseals. After thrusting their arms out, a Hadoken will seemingly launch before blinking out of existence. It will suddenly appear directly in front of the enemy, and detonate with incredible force. This attack must travel a linear, unobstructed path. Effects:The Baku Hadoken can only be visibly seen if the opponent has some sort of reflex or perception enhancing ability. Otherwise, it is simply too fast, and can travel any distance that the user can see. It must be an unobstructed, direct path however. The speed the Hadoken travels at is unparalleled, equal to a 20 in the dex stat. It appears again 2 meters in front of the opponent.
Zanku Hadoken (Slashing Air Surge Fist) Rank: C Style: Taijutsu Requirements: Master level Ansatsuken Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: Hadoken Variant + Mid Description: This is simply the ability to use Hadoken whilst airborn. This also allows the user to preform any variation of Hadoken while in the air as well, though this takes a little extra chakra. Many say it is the mark of a true master to posses this technique, for preforming the Hadoken requires one to be completely rooted and firm on a spiritual level. To do that mid-air signifies great focus. Effects: Use any Hadoken while mid-air.
Soryuken (Twin Dragon Fist) Rank: S Style: Taijutsu Requirements: Master level Ansatsuken Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: High Description: Quite simply a double Shoryuken, this variation of the technique takes a deceiving amount of skill and practice to completely master. Instead of being a normal uppercut, the practitioner will crouch down with both arms hooked at their sides. Launching up in burst of Ki, they strike a Superman flight pose and crash into the opposition with both fists. This technique is greatly feared, for when used on a untrained fighter, it has shown to have gruesome results. Effects: The user will launch 10 meters into the air at double their jump seed and crash into the opponent with both fists. This technique can easily break bone.
Messatsu-Goshoryu (Annihilating Great Rising Dragon) Rank: S Style: Taijutsu Requirements: Master level Ansatsuken Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: Massive, x3 High if Grandmaster. Description: The penultimate Shoryuken attack, this combines both the strength of Goshoryuken and Shoryureppa to create a combination attack that would completely devastate a normal man. Similar in function to Shoryureppa, it uses mid-air Ki boosted jumps to continue the attacks. Each punch is as strong as a normal Goshoryuken, and if all three hits land directly, there is little hope for the opponent to get back up. Effects: Three Goshoryuken in a row, using boosted ki jumps. Travels a total of 50 meters in the air, the highest of any Shoryuken variant. They travel at twice their normal jump speed. A burst of Ki is used to soften the landing.
Shinryuken (Divine Dragon Fist) Rank: A Style: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu Requirements: Master level Ansatsuken Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: x2 High, High if Grandmaster. Description: A beautiful, flame based variation of Shoryuken. This attack will launch the user into the air as normal, but instead with great rotary force behind the punch. They spin like a corkscrew, their striking arm suddenly developing a cloak of flames. If the opponent is struck, they will be spun around on the fist until the jump reaches it's apex, promptly blasting them off as the flames from the arm rushes forward in a finishing explosion. Sometimes it's more important to have a stylish victory than a quick one. Effects: The user jumps 15 meters into the air at three times their jumping speed, striking with a fiery corkscrew punch, and finishing with a powerful explosion.
Grandmaster level techniques. Must possess either Satsui No Hado or Hado Kukusei.
Satsui No Hado (Surge of Murderous Intent) Rank: S Style: Taijutsu Requirements: Satsui No Hado perk Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: High to activate, x2 Mid per post. Description: What is known to be the true face of the Ansatsuken, the Satsui No Hado is a physical manifestation of man's evil nature, and is brought forth by the intense will or desire to murder. Even if used for self defense, activating the Satsui No Hado drives the user into an insatiable bloodlust, the incredible power granted by the technique tainting their mind and body. Such power has an addictive quality, and all too many a fighter has attained this power only to be destroyed by it soon after. Red ki will radiate off of the practitioner, as their skin turns a shade of red, their teeth sharpen, and their eyes go completely white. It greatly increases the power, speed, and sheer ferocity of the user, at the expense of their endurance and sanity. Effects: After activating, the user will remain in the Satsui No Hado for 10 posts. They gain +4 to Strength and Dexterity, but recieve a -2 to Intelligence, Wisdom, and Endurance. Once ten posts are up, they suffer -2 to Endurance for the rest of the thread, the penalty stacking if the Satsui No Hado is used repeatedly. If they were to reach 0 the user's body would collapse from exertion, killing them. Naturally, since this technique requires you to submit to emotion and rage, it can never be used at the same time as Hado Kukosei.
Messatsu Gou Hado (Annihilating Great Surge) Rank: S Style: Taijutsu Requirements: Satsui No Hado Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: x2 High Description: A purple shaded, massive Hadoken which is fueled by the dark power of the Satsui No Hado. This attack is several times larger than your normal Hadoken, just slightly larger than your average full grown man. It is notorious for being a finishing technique, the force it strikes with breaking all but the strongest defenses. It also travels much farther and faster than other Hadoken. However, it can be predicted quite easily, a few moments of preparation needed before firing the technique. Effects: Launches a purple Hadoken that is three times the size of a normal one, and travels at three times the speed of a throwing weapon. It can travel 50 meters before dissipating harmlessly. This can break through A rank defenses of all kinds easily, it's flight path completely uninterrupted.
Akuma Yokusoku (Demon Blade Foot) Rank: A Style: Taijutsu Requirements: Satsui No Hado Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: x2 High Description: A variation of the Joudan Sokutogeri, this technique is fueled by the dark power of the Satsui No Hado. The user's kicking leg will glow with a red aura, before they suddenly launch forward at impossible speeds to impale the opponent with a kick, wreathed in purple flame. While the original technique had the potential to kill, it could still be altered for practice purpose. This variation instead is a kill shot through and through, able to puncture steel and impale a human torso with little trouble. Effects: Can impale armors of any type of up to A rank. This technique has a 20 meter horizontal range, and must travel along a horizontal plane. The user must have a direct line of sight. If the opponent does not have a reaction speed enhancement, the user will gain a burst of speed making them invisible to those without.
Ugomeku Akuma (Squirming Demon) Rank: B Style: Taijutsu Requirements: Satsui No Hado Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: High Description: The user will use the dark Ki of the Satsui No Hado to levitate off the ground and hover quickly in one direction. This allows them to preform odd combat maneuvers, seemingly defying gravity as the Ki gives this quick escape a burst of speed as well. An after image effect is seen as the user moves, though this isn't present for those with reaction enhancing abilities. Effects: The user quickly moves 5 meters in any horizontal direction, at +5 their dexterity. Ducking or twisting their body around, they are able to avoid projectiles, though they cannot change their flight path.
Tengoku Hakai Ken (Heaven Breaking Fist) Rank: S Style: Taijutsu Requirements: Satsui No Hado Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: x2 Massive Description: The ultimate display of power that any user of the Satsui No Hado has preformed. This technique is destructive beyond all others. The practitioner will raise a fist into the air, as it's cloaked in the purple flames of the Satsui No Hado. This takes a few moments of preparation to preform. As they slam their fist into the earth, it creates a violet streak of lightning which cracks the sky above them, giving this technique it's name. This is a purely visual effect caused by a huge release of Ki. After the bolt, a huge explosion of dark Hado, with the practitioner in the center, annihilates everything within 20 meters. Fissures crack the earth and race out in every direction, the ground groaning and shifting from the impact of the blast until everything within several city blocks is reduced to rubble. Effects: The user charges their fist and slams it into the earth, creative an explosion that wipes out everything within 20 meters and a following earthquake which will continue for 3 posts in a kilometer radius.
Shun Goku Satsu (Raging Demon) Rank: S Style: Taijutsu Requirements: Satsui No Hado. Learned from someone who already possesses the technique Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: x1 Massive and x2 High Description: A secret, forbidden technique which is spoken of only in hushed tones and storybook legend. The Shun Goku Satsu is the signature technique of a man who comitted himself completely to the Satsui No Hado. It is the act of using the entirety of one's Ki as an extension of their body to preform an impossible fast and lethal series of strikes. To land this technique, you must first make physical contact with the opponent after using the Ugomeku Akuma. All is needed is a touch, and in an instant the practitioner's Ki will begin to leap from their body at short range and strike the enemy, as if hundreds of lethal punches and kicks were striking them at once. The Ki ignores physical defenses, only chakra based constructs are able to defend against this attack. Effects: The user will preform Ugomeku Akuma and touch the opponent as the technique finishes, this being the initiating movement for Shun Goku Satsu. Fiery purple Ki constructs, as long as legs and arms, will leap from the user's body to strike the enemy an numerable number of times, ignoring armor. Each blow holds the full strength of the user.
Hado Kukosei (Surge Awakening) Rank: S Style: Taijutsu Requirements: 600 Exp to learn. Grandmaster level Ansatsuken Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: Massive, x2 Mid per post. Description: The Hado Kakusei, the foil to the Satsui No Hado. By letting go of all earthly attachment and reaching a state of consciousness that many would draw parallel to Nirvana, the practitioner is able to view themselves from a universal perspective, and see things as they are. This grants bonuses to Wisdom, Dexterity, and Endurance. The Wisdom bonus is from the Hado Kakusei connection allowing them to see through illusions and lies with greater ease. The Dexterity comes from their new universal perspective. Instead of seeing from their own eyes, the Hado Kakusei is viewing their body from a third person perspective and controlling it like an avatar. Pain, poison, paralysis, or even completely removing the five senses from a user of the Hado Kukosei will do nothing to stop them, their connection to the universe being the only method through which they view the world. Fighting against injury or poison does not mean that their effects are negated, however, and pushing past these limits could damage the user even further in this hyper detached state. Effects: +4 to Dexterity, and +3 to Endurance and Wisdom. The user can ignore pain, poison, and sensory illusions to continue fighting. Genjutsu can still affect the body, being a manipulation of nerves, though this technique can be used to break any Genjutsu of an equal rank or lower by paying x1 Massive of chakra. Naturally this state cannot be used with Satsui No Hado, requiring one to let go of all earthly attachment and emotion.
Shin Hadoken (True Surge Fist) Rank: S Style: Taijutsu Requirements: Hado Kakusei Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: Massive Description: The ultimate Hadoken, only capable of being tapped into once the user has reached a connection with the universe's Ki through Hado Kakusei. This connection allows them to turn themselves into a funnel for unbelievable power, the traditional fireball of the Hadoken being completely replaced by a magnificent blowing glue beam, as tall and wide as a full grown man. This beam can bounce off of surfaces instead of simply exploding, allowing it to catch many opponents off guard with trick shots. The impact itself is second to none, for when it collides with the enemy the resulting explosion of white light is reminiscent of a tiny Super Nova, able to turn dark nights into bright days for minutes. Effects: A huge beam of Ki is fired, able to bounce off of a relatively flat surface to strike from an angle. On a direct hit, the resulting explosion radiates in every direction for 35 meters, leaving a steaming crater in it's wake.
Shin Tatsumaki Senpukyaku (True Tornado Whirlwind Leg) Rank: S Style: Taijutsu Requirements: Hado Kakusei Hand Seals: 0 Chakra Cost: Massive Description: This is where the technique earns it's name. As the practitioner spins at an impossible speed, the winds around them are disturbed by slashes of blue light radiating from the kicks. This light rotates, drawing in the wind and spinning it faster and faster until a maelstrom of light and wind is decimating everything in the area. The technique can only be maintained for a single post, but that is usually all that's needed. Everything within 50 meters is bombarded by the storm, taking a herculean Endurance of 15 to escape. Effects: The kicks form a wind storm that covers a 50 meter radius.
Hado Mastery Rank: A Style: Taijutsu Requirements: Hado Kakusei Hand Seals: None Chakra Cost: None Description: The user has truly mastered the art of Hado and Ki. They no longer need to preform Hadoken motions with one hand, now able to preform different variations of Hadoken with both arms at once. The warm up stance is also removed, allowing a simple thrust of the hand being enough to fire a Hadoken. This is the mark of a Grandmaster. Effects: Able to launch Hadoken individually with each hand, possibly two at once for no change in cost.

Reminding you to add the mention of the Kami somewhere in the style's lore. Also, please see my jutsu in anything I've created for what goes in the "effects" field. I'm not ok with the reduced chakra cost for being a higher rank in the style. Lots of these techniques can be quite strong for only the cost of a low. That's a bit much. Power is more than welcome, but it must have an equivalent cost. On some of these techniques, the reduced cost is ok but some go too far. I'd recommend making the reduced cost into a perk. How strong is Hadoken? What kind of damage does it do? As it's written right now, this is a Katon technique, so that's why I'm asking. Shoryuken: You are aware 10 meters is over 30 feet, right? That's jumping to the height of a three story house. A human can only survive a fall of 20 feet or less. I feel that might be a little much. Tatsumaki Senpukyaku: The effects section of this jutsu makes it sound like it just grants you random flight. This jutsu also seems more like B-A rank territory. Flight from pure taijutsu at C-rank? lol Joudan Sokutogeri: Piercing rocks and defenses with a taijutsu kick? This is chakra strength territory. A-rank. Shakunestu Hadoken: No 1.5 times. Those can get confusing. Either make it twice thrown speed or give us a dexterity stat. Also, explain the explosion a bit more, because fire doesn't explode but Blast Release does. Shinku Hadoken: I'd like either a strength stat for how hard this hits or a required endurance stat to resist. Shinku Tatsumaki Senpukyaku: 5 meters seems a little large for this attack. Lower it to 3. Also you have the endurance requirement in both the description and the effects. Remove it from the description, please. Also maybe A-rank. Shippu Jinraijyaju: Again with putting the stats of the jutsu in the description twice. Please rectify. Also a rapid kick followed by a second costless rapid kick? No. You can say it gives you a reduced cost for the second technique but no auto-triggering techniques like that. Pausing my evaluation real quick: Why is Katon not listed as a requirement? It should at the very least be listed as a requirement in the jutsu that mention Katon. Guren Senpukyaku: How much time does this take to prepare? Half a turn? A full turn? This is also A-rank Shoryureppa: I don't understand this technique. If you uppercut someone into the air and fly up with them, you are right in their face the entire time. Why (and how) would you take the time to pull back your fist, double jump, and hit him again, then pull back your fist and hit him again? I'm not saying it's impractical as in it's impossible because we both know this is anime, but it seems impractical in the fact that it's a very strange way to attack someone that I just personally don't understand anyone doing. But to each their own. Again, same issue with the Shoryuken though: Too much height. That's around 100 feet into the air. You're dying when you hit the ground. You're welcome to add some way to cushion the blow as, even though Shoryuken probably won't exceed 20 feet when you edit it, this one definitely will. Anyways this is totally S-rank as is. Ren Hadoken: High chakra cost Baku Hadoken: How fast exactly does it travel? How close to the target before it reappears? How long do you have to prepare this? Zanku Hadoken: I was unaware you couldn't perform a Hadoken in the air. This is pretty unnecessary unless you really want to impose that restriction and require this jutsu to be purchased, costing more EXP. Soryuken: Strength? Messatsu-Goshoryu: Now we're over 200 feet in the air? No "Grandmaster level techniques. Must possess either Satsui No Hado or Hado Kukusei." You are aware one of the techniques listed as a grandmaster technique is one of the techniques required to get grand master techniques? If you're referring to the perk. please do not give perks and techinques identical names. That makes this extremely confusing. Also, why require a perk to learn a tree? You're making your style pretty expensive. Just curious on the reasoning. Satsui No Hado: Lower the activation cost and give it a per-post upkeep, else this jutsu is much cheaper (in terms of chakra) than other buffing jutsu of the same nature. Messatsu Gou Hado: Its flight path completely uninterrupted? Are you saying nothing can stop this technique at all? Also three times the size of a regular Hadoken? You never clarified how big a regular one is. Just a note, all the jutsu that require the Satsui no Hado perk say "Requires either the Satsui no Hado or Hado Kukusei perk" above them but all the Hado Kukusei jutsu just say "Requires Hado Kukusei" above them. Makes it seem like the former can be acquired with either perk while the latter require the one specific perk. Just saying for clarification reasons. Akuma Yokusoku: Remove usage of the word "teleport" and give us a numerical value for your dexterity increase as well as a the required wisdom to see you. This is also S-rank. Ugomeku Akuma: I'm confused... Is this a shunshin combined with random contortionism? High chakra cost. Just gonna stop so I don't have to repeat it because I think I forgot for one or two techs: All techniques that require preparation need to say how long it takes. Tengoku Hakai Ken: What does the lightning have to do with anything? Is it striking you? I'm confused. Also, if this is creating earthquakes for a half mile radius... well first of all use kilometers, second this is 2x massives. Shun Goku Satsu: So... You perform some strange contortionist body flicker, suddenly appear before someone standing straight up, and then just tap them on the chest and fuck them up? I'm thoroughly confused. Hado Kukosei: 600 EXP to purchase. Definitely not Taijutsu because this is a buff, not a combat form (think I missed that on the Satsui no Hado). This needs a per post upkeep and I want it to cost a lot because this is powerful. Honestly it's better than Satsui no Hado. Also I want a requirement that those two techniques can never be used simultaneously. Will finish reviewing when I have time. Feel free to make edits and discuss issues you have with my demands.

What kind of damage does it do? As it's written right now, this is a Katon technique, so that's why I'm asking. >Edited to clarify that it's concussive force. Shoryuken: You are aware 10 meters is over 30 feet, right? That's jumping to the height of a three story house. A human can only survive a fall of 20 feet or less. I feel that might be a little much. >In response, shinobi aren't regular humans. In any source material, everyone's shown to be able to handle falls of that height with ease, usually just landing all cool like. Plus in the stat page you mentioned that an average non-shinobi citizen has a stat of 0 in any category, meaning that all shinobi are well above them in terms of what they're capable of physically and mentally. Tatsumaki Senpukyaku: The effects section of this jutsu makes it sound like it just grants you random flight. This jutsu also seems more like B-A rank territory. Flight from pure taijutsu at C-rank? lol >It does what it says. Let's the user hover just off the ground while travelling forward for 10 meters and spinning around kicking. It's in no way flight, and if used in the air, it even says that you just travel at a downward angle. Joudan Sokutogeri: Piercing rocks and defenses with a taijutsu kick? This is chakra strength territory. A-rank. >Edited. Shakunestu Hadoken: No 1.5 times. Those can get confusing. Either make it twice thrown speed or give us a dexterity stat. Also, explain the explosion a bit more, because fire doesn't explode but Blast Release does. >Edited. The explosion is the result of concussive force, and the fire being spread out in every direction. Shinku Hadoken: I'd like either a strength stat for how hard this hits or a required endurance stat to resist. >Edited with an endurance stat. Shinku Tatsumaki Senpukyaku: 5 meters seems a little large for this attack. Lower it to 3. Also you have the endurance requirement in both the description and the effects. Remove it from the description, please. Also maybe A-rank. >Edited. Shippu Jinraijyaju: Again with putting the stats of the jutsu in the description twice. Please rectify. Also a rapid kick followed by a second costless rapid kick? No. You can say it gives you a reduced cost for the second technique but no auto-triggering techniques like that. >Edited, and lowered the rank by one. There are jutsu that raise stats for a much lower cost than this by an equal amount. Pausing my evaluation real quick: Why is Katon not listed as a requirement? It should at the very least be listed as a requirement in the jutsu that mention Katon. >Well it's not listed as a requirement for the jutsu that don't use Katon because, you know. I thought it would be self-explanatory that the ones that do use Katon require it. Guren Senpukyaku: How much time does this take to prepare? Half a turn? A full turn? This is also A-rank >Edited. Shoryureppa: I don't understand this technique. >It's because the Shoryuken isn't a regular uppercut. It's strength over speed, taking a second to hit with the hardest blow you can rather than rapid smaller blows. Editing in a cushion for the fall. For the height, same as Shoryuken, except now there's an additional cushion to soften the blow. Why S rank? It's just 3 Shoryuken that travel at a very fast vertical pace. Ren Hadoken: High chakra cost >Edited. Baku Hadoken: How fast exactly does it travel? How close to the target before it reappears? How long do you have to prepare this? >Edited. Zanku Hadoken: I was unaware you couldn't perform a Hadoken in the air. This is pretty unnecessary unless you really want to impose that restriction and require this jutsu to be purchased, costing more EXP. >The idea is that the Hadoken takes a second to form the stance needed to fire it, and so doing it from the air would require additional concentration and effort. It's not that friendly exp wise, but it makes sense for the lore of the style. Soryuken: Strength? >Not sure what would be a good point of reference for this. Since you made the stat system I'll ask your opinion on what you consider appropriate, considering it's effects. Messatsu-Goshoryu: Now we're over 200 feet in the air? No >How will I ever pierce the heavens though? But really, editing this one so that it's lower. "Grandmaster level techniques. >Considering your rec on making the cost reduction a perk, I'm going to rework it so that those two perks don't exist and it's just the standalone techniques required for learning each branch. The idea is that the two techniques are polar opposites in how they function, and the state of mind needed to use them. Training your body to one extreme would be hard enough, but to be able to go back and do it again in the opposite direction would be damned difficult. Satsui No Hado: Lower the activation cost and give it a per-post upkeep, else this jutsu is much cheaper (in terms of chakra) than other buffing jutsu of the same nature. >Editing in a moment. Messatsu Gou Hado: Its flight path completely uninterrupted? Are you saying nothing can stop this technique at all? Also three times the size of a regular Hadoken? You never clarified how big a regular one is. >Completely uninterrupted. By A rank attacks. I'll clarify the size in the first Hadoken technique in a second. >Wha? None of them say that. From what I see all the Satsui No Hado jutsu just have "Requirements: Satsui No Hado." Akuma Yokusoku: Remove usage of the word "teleport" and give us a numerical value for your dexterity increase as well as a the required wisdom to see you. This is also S-rank. >Wisdom affects reaction speed/makes you able to perceive things that would normally move too fast? That's dexterity brotha. Edited Ugomeku Akuma: I'm confused... Is this a shunshin combined with random contortionism? High chakra cost. > www.youtube.com/watch?v=RqJ1vJbIPzI It's levitating oneself off the ground with Ki in a linear path for a short burst. The user can push their body around with Ki to move around attacks, but can only travel in a straight path. The link shows the Shun Goku Satsu, which of courses uses the "teleport" prior to it's activating. It's just hovering and moving in a linear path, while still being able to manipulate your body as if you were in some sort of anti-gravity field. >Lightning is nothing but visual flare caused by the technique. I'll edit that in so it's more clear. And kilometers? Metric system? What are you a commie? Edited lol Shun Goku Satsu: So... You perform some strange contortionist body flicker, suddenly appear before someone standing straight up, and then just tap them on the chest and fuck them up? I'm thoroughly confused. >Pretty much. After the initial contact, many projections of Ki in the shape of arms/legs striking the opponent lash out from multiple points on the user's body, striking them with deadly force. In the link I posted above it shows how this basically functions. >They're taijutsu in that it's nothing but the use of one's own body to preform this feat. It's not chakra enhanced, it's Ki enhanced. Their are plenty of taijutsu that deal with manipulating chakra (In this case, manipulating chakra to bring out one's Ki) but are pure taijutsu. Editing the cost and adding the exp cost.
