The time has come to begin fleshing out our IC world!!! If you will notice, the descriptions for your countries and villages are blank. That is because I want YOU to help shape the world that we lead together! So if you would, please fill out these forms below. Also there is more information below the forms, so read carefully.
This one is to be posted in this forum so that I may fill out the subforum descriptions. Keep these brief but write them well, please.
Country Description: Describe the general landscape of the country and what it's known for. Please at least retain some of the features of the canon counterpart. Creative freedom is welcome but I'm not looking for entire rewrites. Village Description: Much greater creative freedom can be taken here. Architecture, location, things they're known for...
Please post this one in your COUNTRY (not your VILLAGE)
[div align="justify"]Describe the path to the village gates leading up to and including the village gates. Feel free to divide this into a few paragraphs and include images. [/div]
And post his one in your village finally
[div align="justify"]Describe your village's appearance, including architecture, general layout, and any images you may want to include.
Government: How does your Kage rule this village? Is it a dictatorship? A democracy? A monarchy?
Culture: How are shinobi here trained? Does the village make money some other way besides ninjas for hire?
History: What noteable things have happened here? How was the village founded? This area can be updated in sections to chronicle important details that may occure IC.
Kage: Link
Other Important People: Links
Native Clans: They don't have to be clans that are exclusive to the village. Predominate clans are acceptable. [/div]
Additionally, all Kage begin with 40 stat points, 10,000 EXP, 5x Massive base chakra pool, and their choice of a kinjutsu, relic, dual bloodline, transplant, bijuu, or other admin permission technique. Let's get started on those characters while we fill out the library!

Country Description: The village hidden within the leaves, a city built within the busom of the forest in which it resides, was erected as a follow-up to the new ninja world set by Riku Tensei-constructed in the shadow of the emergence of Amegakure. The gates can be seen much more vividly once wanderers make it through the layer of forest untouched by Konoha's development. Crags and knolls can be seen jetting up towards the heavens like snarling teeth exposed from the jewels of war, sprinkled by a few trees here and there. A path to the village winds through this craggy terrain. Village Description:The village hidden within the leaves, a city built within the busom of the forest in which it resides, was erected as a follow-up to the new ninja world set by Riku Tensei-constructed in the shadow of the emergence of Amegakure. Lush trees covered the new village, bordering its perimeter from all sides, with only a mountain-which looms in the backdrop of the village-visible to far away gazers. However, this luscious dream would soon lose its vision as a new leader rose up from the ashes of chaos created by generations of clan feuds... Now, the once picturesque community became an industrial pseudo-wasteland, where only a shell of its former self remains. The only thick layer of trees consisting most of the forest lay within only a 20 mile radius around the village, with most of the forest in between this area ravaged by gathering timber. The simple gates that once stood testament to the symbol of peace became a visage of blood, and war. Spires towered above ramparts, and metal plating covered most of the outer walls, now only a testament to the industry this village represents... An industry for war.. The dwellings within the village now consist of a slum that surrounds the entirety of the village, just within the walls, and even consisting of elements within the wall itself-a slum made of the working force created in the expansion, and technological advances of the village. Within that, a middle class which consists of overcrowded apartments, and in the bullseye, the kage mansion, surrounded by lavish homes. As a friendly reminder to the villagers of just who's in charge, the face of their iron-clad leader glares down upon each and every one of them from the mountain looming behind the village. Government: Dictatorship Culture: The shinobi are governed by an iron fist, which beats them, and tempers them for war. Killing each other is frowned upon, but it does happen to those deemed too weak. They prefer to slave off those unfit for war. They pawn of textiles, harvested timber, and mined resources to the highest bidder, as well as their workforce as mentioned above. Not only that, but they also sell their skill for battle, as displayed by their shinobi. History:Wip Kage: Basaka HoshigakiOther Important People: Riku TenseiNative Clans: Wip

Alright, you seem to have switched around your village descriptions. The first one should be considerably shorter and contain no images as it will appear as your forum's description, not in a post. The one below which accompanies the government and whatnot should be the long one as it will be a post in your village's forum for people to read. This one can include images as well. Also, you should put a brief description of why Riku is important, such as "Ally and friend to the Hokage". All people in this list should have small titles to explain their significance. This significance is also the IC world's knowledge of the person, meaning the true relationship between our characters should not be revealed here but what is known to the public about their relationship.
